The fix here is obscure, and it only applies when being connected to an ethernet connection. To our knowledge, this problem doesn't exist when connected to WiFi only. Let us know if this doesn't work.
1. Click the Start Button, search for Control Panel.
2. Click Network and Internet.
3. Click Network and Sharing Center.
4. Click Ethernet.
5. Click Properties.
6. Uncheck Internet Protocol Version 6, click OK.
