DUO Mobile recently switched to universal prompt which has impacted how users connect to Forticleint VPN.
In the instructions below, we have included how to set up this new connection, which is compatible with FortiClient versions 7.2 or newer. We have found that Forticlient version 7.2 sometimes works better with our connection but if issues occur, try updating to version 7.4 or newer. If needed, we've included how to uninstall and re-install the 7.2 version of FortiClient.
How to uninstall Forticlient (if needed to upgrade/downgrade to version 7.2).
-
Select Start > Settings > Apps > Installed Apps .
