Setting Up Zoom

To set up Zoom meetings for a course, simply click on the "Zoom" tab in the blue navbar. (Make sure to allow pop-ups or the landing page will not load.)

 

          

 

At the top right of the page click on the blue "Schedule a New Meeting" button.

 

          

Enter a topic, description, and adjust the time, duration, and other options for your meeting. Under the "Time Zone" drop down you can check a box to make it a recurring meeting        

 

          

 

You can also use the "Appointments" tab on the Zoom landing page to set up bookable appointments with students for conferences or office hours.
