If you received a backup alert email from [email protected], this means either a current or previous computer of yours has stopped backing up and requires action. Please follow the instructions below when you receive this alert.
- Go to your computer’s search bar and type “Crash Plan” and hit the enter key to open the application.

- If you do not see this application, please email [email protected] or stop by the help desk between 9-4 PM Monday through Friday so we can re-install it for you.
- If you see the below image after opening the Crash Plan application, that means your crash plan is successfully backing up.
However, because you received an email from Crash Plan about a back up failure, this means an older device is still on our records. To stop receiving alerts for an old device, please email [email protected] the following:
