print icon

To see who has viewed a Zoom meeting and for how long, begin by logging into your Zoom account here. To login with your CSP credentials click on the "SSO" key icon at the bottom of the page:

Zoom sign-in page with email and password fields, sign-in button, and alternate sign-in options.

SSO login page with a company domain entry field and "Continue" button.

To see a list of who attended (or asynchronously watched) a meeting, click on "Analytics & Reports, then "Usage:"

Zoom web interface showing the Usage reports section with a navigation menu on the left and report options on the right.

Next, click on the date range you'd like to view (you can only view a range of up to 1 month at a time) at the top left. You can export the reports as a CSV file or click on the blue number under "Participants" for a given meeting in order to see them:

Webpage display of a Zoom usage report with date filters, search, export options, and a detailed meeting table.

Interface showing a table of meeting participants with details such as name, email, join and leave times, and duration.

If you want to just focus on who viewed a cloud recording, click on "Recordings & Transcripts" at the left of the page, then the tile of the recording you want to view:

Zoom interface showing recordings list with "Sample Course" and "My Courses Training: How to Grade."

Next click on "Recording Analytics"

Screenshot of a video conference recording titled "Sample Course" with meeting details and download options.

Finally, scroll down and click on "By View" to see who has viewed the recording and for how long or "By Download" to see who has downloaded it:

A table showing view data with two entries including names, emails, and view durations.

NOTE on asynchronous viewing: student names only display in a report if they access a recording via the "Tools" dropdown. If students access the recording via embedded link in D2L course content, their names display as "guest."

A webpage with a CSP logo and a highlighted "Tools" dropdown menu showing various options, including "Zoom."

Zoom Cloud Recordings interface with highlighted tab and one listed entry for "Sample Course."
