Click on any piece of content in your course. It could be a module, assignment, quiz, discussion, PDF, or other file. Next click on the "Options" ellipses and then "Delete."

Next, you will be asked if you'd like to Delete the Content but keep the files associated with it, or permanently delete everything. Click the radio button of your choice, then the blue "Delete" button.
