If you are experiencing the Authentication error in CSP Connect or can log in but see blank pages/error messages when clicking on internal links, you will need to clear your cache to resolve the issue. Please follow instructions below based on your internet browser.

 

Chrome: How to Manually Clear All Cache

  1. When in Chrome, use keys: Ctrl + Shift + Delete.
  2. At the top, set the time range to "All time".
  3. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  4. Click "Delete data".
  5. IMPORTANT: You must close the entire browser, not just the window you are working in, after clearing cache for it to fully clear.

Safari: How to Clear All Cache Manually

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Click Safari in the top-left menu bar and select Settings (or Preferences).
  3. Go to the Privacy tab and click Manage Website Data.
  4. Click Remove All, then confirm by clicking Remove Now.
  5. IMPORTANTYou must close the entire browser, not just the window you are working in, after clearing cache for it to fully clear.
