If you are experiencing the Authentication error in CSP Connect or can log in but see blank pages/error messages when clicking on internal links, you will need to clear your cache to resolve the issue. Please follow instructions below based on your internet browser.
Chrome: How to Manually Clear All Cache
- When in Chrome, use keys: Ctrl + Shift + Delete.
- At the top, set the time range to "All time".
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click "Delete data".
- IMPORTANT: You must close the entire browser, not just the window you are working in, after clearing cache for it to fully clear.

Safari: How to Clear All Cache Manually
- Open Safari.
- Click Safari in the top-left menu bar and select Settings (or Preferences).
- Go to the Privacy tab and click Manage Website Data.
- Click Remove All, then confirm by clicking Remove Now.
- IMPORTANT: You must close the entire browser, not just the window you are working in, after clearing cache for it to fully clear.
