There are two simple ways to add audio or video to your course content. The first is to upload a file from your computer. In the Content file click on the "insert stuff" button in the html editor.

Then click on "my computer" to browse for the audio/video file

You can also use the same "insert stuff" button to record audio/video on the spot.
